3. Service Level Agreement

Our service commitments include:

  • Response Times: Critical issues within 1 hour, non-critical within 4 hours
  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% network and system availability
  • Support Hours: 24/7 monitoring with business hours support
  • Escalation Process: Defined procedures for complex issues

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain appropriate user access controls
  • Follow security policies and procedures
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms
  • Report issues promptly through designated channels
  • Allow necessary access for service delivery

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Monthly billing for ongoing services
  • Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise specified
  • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
  • Service suspension for accounts over 60 days past due

6. Confidentiality

AutoComput maintains strict confidentiality regarding:

7. Data Protection and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoComput's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Issues caused by third-party services or hardware
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:

  • 30 days written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediate termination for breach of terms
  • Client data return within 30 days of termination
  • Final billing and payment due upon termination

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
